What's new at SlicingTech?

Here at Slicing Tech, we can offer for sale, the full line of Meyer Burger slicing machines (new and refurbished).

We added a base of Bekaert wire winders to supply (wind) a wide range of wire types and diameters on your OEM spools or disposal BS60 spools. 

SlicingTech completed a multiyear capital equipment expansion and refurbishment program. We acquired multiple Meyer Burger diamond wire saws and refurbished the first of several of our Meyer Burger DS 261 wire saws.

With the installation of the Meyer Burger DW 288, we now have the most advanced diamond wire capabilities for hard and difficult to cut materials such as sapphire, silicon carbide, and ruby.  The DW 288 has the fastest wire speeds and cutting rates of any machine in the market today, allowing us to provide the most efficient, economical, and cost effective slicing services for our customers.

The refurbishment of our large base of Meyer Burger DS 261 wire saws (slurry) will provide for our sustainability for many years to come. Our wire saw capacity is the cornerstone of our ability to provide quick turn around time to meet customer requirements.
